Miscellaneous stuff for geeks. This is where all the information goes that hasn't quite found it's own home.

| This is a continuously running clock using flash. It resizes to the browser window. Might be cool to use this in a screen saver that displays web content. |

This site generates PDF's of various types of handy graph paper you can use for printing. The types include plain ol lined and graph, multi-width, assymetric, hexagonal, dots, and more.
It's cool, because it actually generates the PDF's based on the specs you feed it for the various types. You couldn't get better control unless you built it yourself. So gets' to graphin. |

I recently got back from vacation in Colorado (sorry for the lack of posts). My family and I drove all over the state. The first nights stay started about four thousand feet above what I'm used to (1300 feet). Over the duration we experienced a few altitude effects. Started with dizziness, then headaches, then just overall fatigue. We're just now starting to get back to normal.
Reading some literature on the state, it said some interesting things. In higher altitude, a golf ball flies 10% farther, water boils at a lower temperature, etc. I'm sure there are a bunch more.
A few more interesting Colorado facts |

That's right, get four different styles to sport those flashy pens in (don't forget all the protecting of the pockets that they do).

devtoys.com now has an RSS feed. Woo hoo! If you're reading this from a news aggregator...you already know that. Sorry. If you didn't notice, there is an XML link on the nav bar. You can use this to subscribe to devtoys.com updates via your favorite news reader (RSSBandit). I may try to post more info on RSS one day, but right now I'm feeling a little lazy. So this is all you get. |

Roger Wood, with klockwerks has created some fascinating clocks. There are a wide range of styles and are just simply amazing. You'll have to see them for yourself. I think I'll try to put one on my list. I'd love to have several, but I don't think my budget would allow it. Kinda makes my little binary clock seem a little pathetic. |
